School-Work Training at the Mattei-Fortunato Technical Institute in Eboli – Electronics Programme
The School-Work Training programme carried out at the “Mattei-Fortunato” Technical Institute in Eboli with students from the Electronics programme provided a valuable opportunity to connect school learning, technological innovation and practical experience.
During the programme, students participated in the design and production of parts and components using 3D-printing technology. The activities allowed them to explore the different stages of the production process: from the initial idea to digital modelling, from file preparation and printing to the testing and improvement of the finished components.
Particular attention was given to the integration of 3D-printed parts with electronic components and mechanical principles. In this way, students were able to understand how different disciplines contribute to the creation of practical prototypes and technical solutions. The experience helped them develop operational skills, precision, creativity and problem-solving abilities.
The programme also encouraged teamwork and cooperation, inviting students to exchange ideas, share responsibilities and identify effective solutions to the challenges they encountered. The practical activities made learning more engaging and closely connected to the skills required in modern industrial and technological environments.
The experience carried out at the Technical Institute in Eboli demonstrates the importance of an educational approach that combines electronics, mechanics, technology and digital manufacturing.
